1. Fibre responsive colitis and diarrhea (including stress diarrhea)  
2. Chronic Idiopathic Large Bowel Diarrhea  
3. Conditions requiring high fiber levels  

Note: While fiber can help constipation, it may increase stool volume, which isn’t ideal for some constipation cases, especially if dehydration or obstruction is involved. In those cases, a low residue diet like Gastrointestinal may be better.
